Research Methodologies
We began by deciding on the research methodologies to use. We
started with publicly available data (secondary research), then
moved onto first-hand research (primary research). For primary
research, we made sure to capture both qualitative and quantitive
data. The full research plan outlines the research goal,
methodologies, participant screening requirements, research
questions, assumptions, and risks.
Outcome:
Most users were satisfied with the feature and couldn’t think of significant improvements, indicating a positive user experience overall
